All About OCV

Owners Corporations Victoria (OCV) is a not for profit organisation that represents strata stakeholder in Victoria.

Members comprise strata managers and others who work in strata management businesses, strata suppliers from tradespeople to professional advisers and students.

OCV was established in 1992 by a group of Victorian strata managers and has grown to over 700 members since then.  All key Victorian strata figures are members and supporters and it has a range of sponsors from across Strataland.

Some of the key activities OCV undertakes include –
  • Education of strata managers, suppliers and committee members
  • Lobbying government on key issues and strata law reforms
  • An annual convention
  • Publishing regular newsletters
  • Regular information and networking events
  • Hosting an informative website
You can find out more about OCV at its website and you can contact OCV General Manager, Rob Beck, at rob.beck@ocv.org.au.

OCV’s a great organisation that works hard through its board, executives, sponsors and volunteering members to benefit the whole Victorian strata sector.

So, if you’re not an OCV member you should join … I’ve been a member for more than 10 years.
