The Owners Corporations Network of Australia meets on Saturday, 15 May 2010 from 10 am at the Station House, Jackson’s Landing, Bowman Street, Pyrmont.
The OCN is the peak body for owners and investors in residential strata developments. It’s an organisation of owners helping owners - people who have experience of strata living; who have confronted many of its inherent problems; and who have evolved strategies for dealing with the problems that the rapid growth in apartment and townhouse living inevitably brings.
You can find out more about OCN at its website.
Tomorrow’s meeting will include –
- a presentation by the OCN president, Stephen Goddard
- a debate about non unanimous strata scheme termination between Tim Robertson, General Manager, Policy, UDIA NSW Urban Development Institute of Australia and Helen Smith, OCN committee member
- a question and answer session with the OCN expert panel
Only members and guests can attend the meeting. So, why not join OCN online or at the meeting ?
