Strata Goes Green(er) in Sydney

The environment will appreciate strata buildings becoming greener.  And so will owners who will save energy (and energy costs).

But greening your building is technically complex and is often hard to structure and implement.  So, information, expertise and guidance would be very useful.

Fortunately, Green Strata is a group that’s doing great work for all strata owners.  Their website is a great resource and place to find information and people who can help.

And on 23 July 2011, Green Strata (in conjunction with the Owners Corporation Network and Willoughby City Council) is running a 1 day seminar to assist owners, strata managers and facility managers to save costs and help the environment in strata title buildings.

It’s being held at the Zenith Theatre on the Corner of McIntosh and Railway Streets, Chatswood between 10:00am and 3:00pm.  The cost is $30 per person although there’s also an early bird special offer on now.

You can buy tickets at the Green Strata website.
