Architecture (Really) Matters



A building can be better or worse for many, many reasons but one of the most fundamental and important is design.  But, even more importantly, good (or great) design can make a building wonderful. 

Just think about the spectacular Sydney Opera House.

So, all strata stakeholders should be interested in architecture … because it really matters.

One group that is working hard to promote good (and great) architecture is the Australian Architecture Association.  It’s a not for profit association that (Text)  ….. with a website and regular newsletters.

Recently the Australian Architecture Association partnered with Sydney Design to create a platform for the convergence of design lovers with respected photographers, stylists, craftspeople, designers, curators and artists through dynamic events, activities, discussions and lectures.








And, during August, September and October Australian Architecture Association is running a program of Sydney Architecture Walks (the programme is here).
