As pets become more common place in high rise buildings will they adapt to living above the ground? I guess they’ll just have to.
Like this cat … that clearly feels comfortable with heights and narrow ledges.
I suppose he has plenty of spare lives and the view is to die for.

now if he falls and hits someone on common property, is the OC liable? Or the lot owner? Is the cat covered by Rylands v Fletcher??? :)

ReplyDeleteI expect that he won't fall. But if he does, then hopefully the lot owner has public liability insurance which will cover falling objects and possession (like a pet cat).
It's an interesting dilemma.
